March is National Nutrition Month!  I celebrate National Nutrition Month every year!! It's the perfect time to brush up on annual nutrition education! And focus on the importance of making the right food choices and eating right plus physical activity habits.

One of my favorite physical activities is yoga! It's my favorite exercise using slow movements and deep breathing! Yoga increases blood flow and warms up my muscles.

National Nutrition month is when I like to remind myself and others how important nutrition is for our body, mind and soul! Nutrition is the building block for our overall health and wellness! We need it to maintain our energy and to function to the best of our individual abilities daily!  I found some new goodies to promote  healthy habits! They are all nutritious and delicious!

Try them for yourself and your family this month!

1.Soulless Ginger Ale tastes amazing and I love how it is cold pressed plus it is low in sugar. These drinks are currently available in 4 different flavors.  I love how bubbly and refreshing they all are! The flavors are all unique and I highly recommend all of them. You can find them here:

2. The Secret Nature of Fruit: I love how these multivitamins have a delicious chewy texture. They have a unique fruity taste. I also love how they are plant based and have absolutely no refined sugar. You can find all the flavors here: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/3F3508C2-1008-47FA-874C-1CE2DB0125D4

3.  They CORE Bars taste amazing and are great for my Keto diet because they are plant based. These bars come in lots of different flavors too! My favorite flavor of all of them is the Birthday Cake flavor. Love how these bars contain no sugar, are low in carbs and contain probiotic and probiotic fiber. Plus they are gluten free! You can find all the different flavors here:

People with healthy eating habits live longer and are at lower risk for serious health problems including obesity, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. I want to continue to eat right this year so I can be the best I can be. Happy National Nutrition month!
