🤸‍♀️ If you're looking for a fun work out option, I think #jumproping is one of the very best exercises you can do! It has tons of benefits and improves coordination, body strengthening, boosts bone density, increases #agility and can be #meditative too. I found this weighted @hereropejump jump rope on amazon and it's definitely the nicest jump rope I own! It comes in 4 different lengths of rope for different heights for people 4'9'' all the way to 6'9. I'm 5'4 so my recommended length was a small but it was right on the cusp so I ordered a medium because the description stated to go a size up *the longer rope will allow more room fo me to make mistakes. It comes with easy to use tools for adjusting the length but for now I decided to keep it a bit long so I can do the criss cross jump roping thing I like to do sometimes to make the work out more interesting.

This weighted jump rope looks and feels to be incredibly well made with a super strong 8mm coated cable with steel wire inside so it doesn't get all tangled up plus makes it more stable on any type surface. One of my favorite things about it are the easy to grip power alloy handles that are designed with a ball-bearing system for a smoother #jumproping experience.
