I've spent the past couple weeks learning all about #Kalaripayattu. 🌈 ad. Its the #martialart designed for the ancient battlefield. Like most other Indian martial arts, Kalaripayattu draws heavily from #Hinduism and is based on Hindu medicinal concepts found in Ayurveda. I've been practicing and learning all about it through @kalarilab. I've already noticed an improvement in my balance, flexibility and #mindbodysoul connection.
