๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Yummy!! ๐Ÿฆž My favorite soup of all time is lobster bisque! I thicken it with tomato paste and @tonomiflour tapioca flour. I cook the flour for a couple of minutes first before adding liquids. I love how Tapioca flour is naturally gluten-free and made with no GMOs. It's perfect for those with nut and grain allergies. It has a starchy consistency and a fantastic way to thicken soups, sauces and pie fillings!


๐Ÿฅ I made a cake with the Cassava Flour! It's unlike other #glutenfree flours and is very mild and neutral in flavors. Love the soft powder texture and it can totally replace wheat flour on 1:1 basisย in many recipes. This #flour is obtained from cassava roots grown by womenย  cooperatives in Togo.
