🌿 Why is there still such a stigma attached to cbd? The first time I tried cbd was 3 years ago because I wanted to try a natural #nonpharmaceutical way to help me with pain relief, anxiety and insomnia. I was so impressed with my results and have been using it ever since. I think there's a stigma around CBD primarily with the assumption that because it comes from marijuana it will consequently make you feel high and dull your senses. This is simply not true!! 🌿 CBD by law must contain less than 0.3% thc and many companies through third party testing have 0% (non-detectable) amounts of thc. Over the past 3 years I've tried cbd in gummies, topicals, tinctures, patches, capsules, lotions, coffee creamer, and most recently my new favorite is @beakandskiffresearch flavored sparkling water! I love spreading awareness to help #NormalizeCBD so everyone will feel comfortable with the option to experience the benefits of plant power.
