Week 2 Update! Always Eat After 7pm

Well, it is week 2, and I am on the Acceleration Phase, which has feeling motivated and refreshed! Learning to follow these principles that worked so well for Joel is proving easier than I thought. Not only did his personal results impress, but so did the fact that Joel spent years researching and developing this diet, making me feel more confident in its validity. One thing that caught my attention initially was the fact that this book challenges a lot of diet myths. Some of the things that I thought I knew about following a healthy diet are not as scientifically correct after all… Who knew that there was the science to prove eating most of your calories at night was beneficial!? During an author interview, Joel shared that there were two huge misconceptions about dieting needing to be exposed. One is that you can't eat late at night or before bed, and the other is that you can't eat large portions to satisfy your natural instinct. This book goes into detail about why those two common diet suggestions are myths, and much more! Plus, the food suggestions are amazing and the eating schedule is realistic for a busy mom like me.
