This whole pandemic has been such a disruption in everyone's lives.

This whole pandemic has been such a disruption in everyone's lives. I'm so happy we now have the opportunity to protect our kids and let them get back to safely participating in all of their favorite activities! Thankfully we have the availability of a COVID-19 vaccine that will help protect kids between the ages of 5-11. It's the only vaccine the FDA has authorized to give to children between the ages of 5-11. Smaller doses are used in this vaccine, which have been proven to generate a strong immune response against COVID-19, and thorough clinical trials were conducted on children in this age group to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine. As COVID-19 variants continue to impact the country and older Americans start receiving booster shots, our children will be more protected than ever from COVID-19 if they get vaccinated.

I have an appointment with Zelah's pediatrician to talk about this and get her vaccinated asap! She is so looking forward to going back to visiting the parks safely. What is your child looking forward to doing once they are vaccinated?

You can find tons of valuable info at GetVaccineAnswers.org, a trusted source for parents who want to learn more about the authorized COVID-19 vaccine for kids 5 and up.
