It's not always easy to grab a bite to eat while you're out and about if you have gluten tolerance problems. 🥖 My favorite snack for on the go and traveling is ham, Swiss and honey mustard sandwiches made with @scharglutenfree sandwich rolls. The rolls are so versatile that any meat and cheese combo tastes fantastic.

Here is my recipe for ham, swiss and honey mustard sandwiches:

1 #scharglutenfree sandwich roll, 2 tablespoons honey mustard, 1/4 lb sliced cooked deli ham, 2 slices (about 3/4 oz each) Swiss cheese.

With serrated knife, cut sandwich roll in half horizontally. Spread 1 tablespoon honey mustard on bottom half of each loaf. Top each with half of the ham and 2 triangles of cheese. Cover each with top half of loaf.

These gluten free sandwich rolls have the same delicious texture as my favorite sub shop! They taste so fresh, soft and chewy and perfect for piling high with my favorite meats, cheeses and vegetables. I especially love how they're free of wheat, gluten, dairy and preservatives. 🥪 To learn more about all the delicious #scharglutenfree breads visit
