🥣 I made this oatmeal with Space Milk!

🥣 I made this oatmeal with Space Milk! I use this delicious spacemilk protein in all sorts of recipes I want to add some extra protein - smoothies, baked goods, pancakes, protein balls, oatmeal and even my coffee! It has a similar taste to cereal milk or roasted marshmallows.

🥣 🍎 Recipe:

Bring 1 3/4 cups of Space Milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1 cup oats, reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until oats are of desired texture. Cut up an apple and you're done!

SpaceMilk is the first of its kind because it's neither plant nor animal based. Instead, it's a cell-based solution derived from the single-celled organism, bakers yeast. I love how it also contains natural probiotics and has all the benefits of animal proteins but with none of their drawbacks like ethics, sustainability, or inflammatory proteins. It's also better than plant based protein and more sustainable with no pesticides or gmo.
