HeadSpace 💛

#HeadspacePartner 💛 The past few years have been the happiest of my life. I think it has to do with being grateful everyday and taking time for myself to meditate. Did you know that scientific studies have shown that meditation reduces daily stress? It definitely does for me.💛 I recently found an even better way to #meditate through the @Headspace app. The free basic course was an excellent way to learn about meditation and #mindfulness. After I subscribed I was able to explore and use all sorts of other different exercises and hundreds of meditations. My favorite #meditations were the ones that promote sleep and I love the stories and calming background noises that go along with them.
