💙 Have you heard about nia technique yet? My favorite class so far is the Nia MoveIT Experience with Kelle. All the moves are incredibly easy to follow and I've been actively involved and taking various classes for the past 2 weeks! I love how energized and ready to conquer the day I feel afterwards! I typically spend about an hour a day dedicated to myself improving my body, mind and soul so reading the Nia book and journaling has quickly become an important part of my self-care routine.


I'm surprised how just by taking this minimal amount of time each day dedicated to my self has transformed my outlook mentally and physically. At first I thought Nia was just a daily workout but soon realized that #Nia is not yoga, Zumba, or martial arts. It's all this and much more!! Love the live classes, on demand workouts, podcasts, meditations, and of course the whole community.
