🧘‍♀️ Have you ever used resistance bands to work out? I've been using them on and off for several years. Resistance bands work so well because they create better range of motion and stimulation resulting in muscle growth. One of my favorite things about them is how you use the same muscle activity as other workouts but have way less chance of injury. They're also inexpensive and give you lots of exercise options. Even physical therapists use them with their patients for strengthening muscles.


🧘‍♀️ These resistance bands from power guidance are the best I've found out there! Love how this set comes with 4 different levels of resistance loop bands. Each band color has a different resistance ranging from light to heavy. They're made to last with natural latex so they're super durable and can be stretched repeatedly year after year.


🧘‍♀️ There are several different exercises I like to do with resistance bands. My favorite is the Kickstand Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift:

1. Start standing with feet staggered, right foot forward, left foot back resting on the ball of your foot. Put one part of the band around the right foot, and the other part in left hand.

2. Hinge forward while pushing hips back, keeping back straight, then return to starting position, keeping tension on the band the entire time. That's one rep.
