I think most people are in the habit of focusing on fast moving thoughts and seeking happiness outside ourselves, we don’t notice awake awareness. Being awake and aware means being present and completely enjoying the moment that you're in. It's the moment when you're calm and focused on what you're doing without thinking about anything else.
